Aimee Rubin is the Executive Director of ANEWAY, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities through meaningful employment, social programs, and community partnerships.

Aimee's passion for this cause stems from her journey as a parent of a child with disabilities. Witnessing her child's struggles to find suitable employment ignited a fire within her to create a more inclusive world where individuals with disabilities can thrive. Driven by this vision, Aimee co-founded ANEWAY with her husband, Eric. Together, they established Game On State, an arcade and candy store in Media, PA, which serves as a platform for integrated employment. The success of Game On State and the overwhelming response from families in similar situations inspired Aimee to expand her efforts and establish ANEWAY. Aimee's leadership at ANEWAY is characterized by her unwavering commitment to fostering a community where individuals with disabilities are not only accepted but celebrated. She believes in the potential of every individual and strives to empower them to reach their full potential.

Through ANEWAY's innovative programs and partnerships, Aimee is creating a new way forward for individuals with disabilities, providing them with the opportunities they deserve to live fulfilling lives with dignity and purpose.
